On 19/02/2015, the Board of the Competition Authority (AdC) determined the opening of an investigation in an infringement proceeding in the context of possible practices restricting competition carried out by SIVA, with regard to the Audi, VW and Škoda brands, pursuant to Articles 7 and 17 of Law No. 19/2012, of 8 May.
