Summary of the case

In an infringement proceeding opened on 23/04/2015, the AdC found evidence of infringement of competition rules in the relationship between ALF and its associates, namely the existence of a system for the exchange of sensitive information on products and services in the securities leasing markets (leasing of light vehicles to individuals and companies, leasing of heavy vehicles and equipment leasing), real estate leasing (to companies and individuals), factoring and renting.
